Role & Responsibility :

- Technology is a critical lever for implementing cutting-edge Preventive Health offerings, from product development to operations efficiency.

- The role will be responsible for understanding the underlying consumer needs, along with business and clinical requirements, and developing the appropriate product offerings as well as consumer journey flow accordingly.

- Strong technical understanding of health technology platforms, in order to work closely with multiple technical teams within the Apollo Group

- Define spec documents for product and process, translating business and clinical requirements into tech requirements

- Work with multiple Apollo Clinical and Operations SPOCs to gather required inputs and support with end-to-end execution

- Assess customer journey to identify pain points and execute on the related tech priorities

- Assess and benchmark our solutions w.r.t industry standards and derive priorities for business operations

- Analyse data (structured and unstructured) to draw insights for business and clinical decisions

- Understanding of AI and integration into Apollo's business and clinical operations

- Support with training of stakeholders to adopt technology solutions

- Develop and conduct quick market research, implement quick market surveys, VOC and derive insights and execute for implementation

- Handle multiple projects, stakeholder alignment and conduct leadership and various stakeholder updates

Requirement :

Qualifications & Experience :

Candidates will need the following experience :

- At least 8 to 10 years of experience working with healthcare systems, technology and operations

- Good analytical skills, excellent communication skills and comfort with Word, Powerpoint and Excel is a must

- Experience with implementing health tech solutions. Understanding of technology systems like EMR, customer engagement apps, dashboards, etc

- Ability to multitask, coordinate across multiple teams, and a willingness to learn

- Willingness to travel (~50%)

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare administration or an equivalent degree from an accredited college or university.

- Experience with Apollo Ecosystem and technology (is a plus)
