- Owning the Portfolio of Top Apollo Doctors across the Country

- Working on Generating New Patient Footfalls & Improving Retention of Existing Patients for these Doctors

- Collaborating with Content Team & CRM Team to drive New Patient Footfalls

- Owning the Portfolio of Hospital Patients & Creating Personalised journeys for them

- Working to Drive Traffic to Apollo Hospitals through Cross Sales Opportunities for other Apollo Group Users

- Working with Product Team to ensure Smooth Patient Journey across App & Web

- Sharing Regular Updates to Management of various Apollo Hospitals

- Taking Feedback from the Hospital Management & incorporating the same to drive efficient Business outcomes
