Doctor Engagement Manager : Clinical AI Products - Data science and engineering has the potential to fundamentally transform the clinical delivery of healthcare. If you think you can, we would love to hear from you. - In this role, you have the responsibility to figure out the engagement model for HCPs and KOLs for adoption of AI driven digital health technology and tools in their everyday practice. - You should be a strong Medical Devices or Pharma professional who understands the "as is" scenario and can visualize the future possibilities. - You will be the product evangelist with a clear understanding of clinical practice nuances of doctors and specialists in India. You will have the ability to identify what works and what does not so that successful implementation and adoption can be achieved across the ecosystem. - Years of experience, etc. not a criteria. The role can scale up based on what value the candidate can bring to the table. - We at Apollo247 believe that healthcare delivery can be fundamentally transformed by the use of technology and data analytics. This could be in the form of ability to augment Doctors to provide care at scale or by helping Doctors see previously unseen patterns in care delivery, by launching digital clinical care products that can drastically improve access. What you would do: - Help define HCP and KOL engagement plan and associated GTM roadmap - Work with product & engineering team to translate the roadmap into successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions among the doctor community - Assess gaps in product requirements based on your interviews and and personal rapport with HCPs and KOLs - Develop product launch plans with product manager - Work with business teams to evangelize and position the product for various doctor community segments - Ensure success in implementation, usage and adoption of AI based digital health technologies among doctors What skills you will have: - Engineering degree or equivalent science degree - 5+ years of relevant experience in dealing with HCPs and KOLs - Excellent communication and analytical skills - 3 years+ of digital health tech, medical device or specialty pharma experience is a plus - Startup experience a big plus
