Head - Program Management (Loyalty) Opportunity to create an impact with India's fastest growing Health-tech company. Program Management : - Develop, lead and execute the strategy to build India's first 360- loyalty program that has a capability to serve millions of users every month. - Have a complete clarity of thought in delivering world class loyalty program experience - Understand user behaviour, customer acquisition, retention strategy and create a robust program cutting across the health needs of the user. - Collaboratively work with cross functional teams and peer groups to create potential solutions for the program. - Perform research data based assessments to measure effectiveness of solutions and benchmark with industry best practices. - Provide thought leadership artifacts for use within the organisation. - Strong ability of creating, collating and synthesizing diverse data sets, e.g. market insights, competitor loyalty program analysis, data insights into a coherent narrative analysis. - Analyse, summarize, assess performance metrics impact to ensure goals and KPIs are met and identify problems or areas of opportunities; help identify and establish benchmarks. Team Management : - Lead a team of high performing growth managers. - Drive continuous learning and skill development for the team's long term growth. Stakeholder Management : - Engage with marketing, growth leaders/CXOs and stimulate coordinated decision-making for all lines of businesses. - Work with product/tech and mar-tech teams to create optimal approaches for ongoing assessments for product releases, AB testing, and organize subsequent findings for enhanced program performance. Prerequisite: - Exp in e-comm, consulting, strategy, or loyalty marketing. - Experience of 7-10 years. - B.Tech/MBA from a tier-1 institute. - Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. - Problem solving attitude with a complete clarity of thought.
