Business Head Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the 0 to 1 journey from finding product market fit to driving adoption and expansion of a potentially disruptive business vertical - Collaborate with functional team leads (product, marketing, tech, clinical teams) to ideate, plan and launch innovative offerings - Design a portfolio of product offerings by constantly iterating, based on feedback received from the market and evolving competitive landscape and global benchmarks - Define and own key business metrics to measure success, take P&L responsibility with a close eye on unit economics - Hire and develop a world class team to manage various aspects of the business What are we looking for? - 7+ years of experience, MBA degree preferred - Extensive experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups/ management consulting, - Prior exposure in the healthcare industry preferred - Entrepreneurial mindset - we are looking for an independent team captain who takes complete ownership of an emerging, potentially disruptive business in health tech - 'Doer' with a positive attitude - You are not afraid to take challenges head-on.
