Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
- Evaluate Quality of analytics output
- Oversee the creation, design and delivery of reports and drive insights helping business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive quality control checkpoints.
- Design and build processes to address business problems
- Manage and optimize processes for understanding data and derive actionable insights using modelling and
visualization.
- Directly liaisons with the Management team showcasing key performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ability to understand data schemas, data linkages.
Technical Skills:
- Quantitative aptitude & Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of business processes and impact levers
- Must have Advanced excel & SQL experience on large databases.
- Excellent ability in using MS Office Suite for simplified reporting, visualization and process automations.
- Experience in MIS Dashboards, Reports creation using Excel and any other data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.). Experience with any business intelligence tool is a plus.
