You get Diagnostic Tests at your door-step and patients can also upload and access their medical health records anytime and anywhere on Apollo 24|7 app. Roles and Responsibilities : - Ideate, develop and recommend new programs and initiatives to support strategic organizational goals - Develop an operating plan and lead implementation of complex cross-functional projects - Collaborate with functional teams including product, tech, tele-sales and business to achieve program goals - Conduct reviews, manage issues/ dependencies and intervene through corrective actions in order to accelerate progress - Define and own KPIs to measure program success, ensure timely and accurate reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle - Develop and present program updates in leadership forums What are we looking for? - 2-4 years of experience with a strong educational background from Tier-1 colleges - Extensive experience in fast-paced environments such as start-ups and management consulting, prior exposure in the healthcare industry preferred - Prior experience in program managing critical and complex initiatives strongly preferred - Strong stakeholder management skill is a must have - 'Do-er' with a positive attitude - You are not afraid to take challenges head-on.
