The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. They should have a data driven process-oriented approach to drive projects. Key Responsibilities - 1. To strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that align to organizational objectives 2. Develop program to minimize costs and improve productivity and enhance customer experience 3. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders viz. product, marketing, sales, CS etc. to drive projects in a fast- paced and frugal manner Must Required - 1. Engineering background from a top tier college 2. 1-3 years of work experience in e-commerce or logistics company. 3. Healthcare experience will be preferred 4. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 5. Good Analytical skills with high computer proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools 6. Must be a deep generalist.
