Apollo 24|7 - Area Supply Manager

Job Title - Area Supply Manager- ASM

Position Summary:- ASM is required to take ownership of P&L of their region while leading a team of BDMs .

Minimum Requirement:

1. At least 4-6 years of overall experience in business development with a mandatory team handling experience for 2-4 years . (Experience in Healthcare will be an added advantage)

2. Speaking Local Language is a must.

3. Strong people management and leadership skills

Education Qualification:-

1. Bachelor's degree with any specialization (MBA would be preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities of ASM : -

1. Leading a team of BDMs to Onboard Doctor Connect Clinics for online and physical consultations

2. Heading fulfillment and on-ground operations of Apollo247 app

3. Own Revenue targets allocated for your region.

4. Relationship management with all consultants and unit staff.

5. Providing good customer experience to our customers with the help of Internal and external stakeholders

6. Coordinate with Consultants to ensure adherence and completion of all Virtual and Physical appointments booked through Apollo 247 app.

7. Setting up regular training and feedback sessions for Consultants on using Apollo 247 web portal to fulfill all the consultations.

8. Follow escalation matrix to ensure that any issue at stakeholder level is handled in a timely manner.

9. Ownership of P&L of the Doctor connect Clinic of your region.
