Key Responsibilities:- - Identify and connect with affiliates across the globe to run CPA / CPI campaigns - Manage Existing Affiliate & Partner Business. - Manage affiliate onboarding agreements - Set-up lead and sale tracking mechanism for affiliates - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues. - Assist affiliate partners with sale details, offer details, creatives, etc - Proactively respond to & resolves affiliate inquiries, tracking issues, and concerns - Fraud detection & stop them in case of any false/wrong communication related to our brand - Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility. - Initiate new campaign ideas & incentives programs to ensure the growth of affiliate programs - Work closely with the product & technology team. Requirements: - 4+ years of working experience in affiliate marketing - Demonstrated experience in managing and growing an affiliate network - Experience with CPA, CPL, and revenue share payment models - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without much supervision - Excellent negotiation, organization, and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Good knowledge of marketing channels (SEO, Email marketing, PPC marketing, SMS marketing etc.,) - Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and MS-excel
