ApniStreet - Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implement at city level field marketing strategies for new neighborhoods

- Create strategies to maintain high online engagement levels in the existing neighborhoods

- Handle all operational aspects of marketing and sales

- Establish and run feedback channels from users

- Hire, mentor, provide training and coaching to the team in order to achieve the defined targets

Skills Required:

- Ideal candidates must have at least 4 years of experience, with 2 years of relevant work experience

- Ability to manage multiple teams in action on the ground

- Ability to keep smiling on a tough day

- Candidate must have a zest for entrepreneurship

Preferred candidates should have one of:

- Engineering and MBA, both from premier colleges

- B2C offline marketing experience
