ApniStreet - Customer Acquisition Manager

We are looking for Customer Acquisition Manager to promote and manage user acquisition team in Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implement field marketing strategies for new neighborhoods

- Create strategies to maintain high online engagement levels in the existing neighborhoods

- Handle all operational aspects of customer acquisition including team building and achieving targets

- Establish and run feedback channels from users

- Hire, mentor, provide training and coaching to the team in order to achieve the defined targets

- Pitch to residents and associations for adopting ApniStreet

- Liaison with local tutors/boutiques and home businesses to help them promote themselves

- Tie up with local bodies to help them disseminate useful information to residents

Skills Required:

- Ability to manage multiple teams in action on the ground

- Ability to keep smiling on a tough day

- Candidate must have a zest for entrepreneurship

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels

Preferred candidates should have B2C offline marketing experience
