Wholesale eCommerce platform ecosystem is the initial battle ground where all e-commerce startups are trying to understand, solve, win and grow the market. The candidate selected for this role will work to ensure that Apnaklub is growing aggressively, setting industry benchmarks and achieving explosive growth through the use of Data. Roles and Responsibilities/ KRAs

- Analyze current data sources and create rules for effective ETL processes.

- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.

- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.

- Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.

- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3 years in diving into data and building statistical models, has a degree in quantitative field such as math, physics, comp science; Experience in using Python

- Experience working on data EDA, cleaning and creating data architectures, and ETL processes.

- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, , etc.

- You are a clear and concise communicator who can synthesize a lot of information quickly, highlight the key takeaways, and disseminate meaningful insights.

- Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team

- You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away.
