What We're Looking For :

Primarily: We're looking for someone who is genius with technology and has hands-on experience of web and app development.

Secondary: A Growth Hacker who can fuel the growth with his brilliant digital marketing strategies.

Preference given to candidates from Tier 1 universities or with extensive experience in similar domain

- Good with architecture and engineering systems independently. We would want the individual to be comfortable implementing a significant part of the solution as well.

- Proficiency with the full web-stack highly desirable. Thorough knowledge of node.js, core php, HTML, CSS, MySQL

- The platform is scalable globally, and has two ends to it (Business side CRM and consumer side App and website). As a startup, a lot of our work has been done in PHP Codeignighter, Javascript, HTML5 Twitter Bootstrap and CSS3. Individual should either be comfortable with these platforms, or, have the ability to adapt to these languages, while bringing in his/her own languages and platforms into the loop.

- At ease working with open-source frameworks and API Architectures. Almost every aspect of our products rely on such frameworks, and our ability to customise them heavily as per our needs.

- Capability to lead and build a technology team. Ability to plan core architecture, and to enhance it from time to time

- Experience of working with smartphone platforms, Webcrawlers, Fraud protection, server optimization, search engines etc. is preferable.

- Data Scientist: You need to be able to think like a sleuth. It's not just about writing SQL queries. It's about being able to see the whole Data universe, and to know what stories the data can tell.

- Define, test and evaluate growth initiatives. Using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Heap, draw insights in the performance of various pages across desktop and mobile web.

- Influence the product, especially UX, copy, and messaging, based on your understanding of what users want.

- Driving MOM growth for Online User base & Brand

- Manage Digital Marketing, Web & Product Analytics Practice

- Traffic Scale Up : Leveraging Marketing channels like Organic (SEO), Referral, Facebook paid, Search (Google CPC) paid, Re-marketing, Display, E-mail, SMS, Affiliates & Alliances

- Conversion Improvement : Web / Mobile / App: Funneling & Optimization - UX & UI, Search & Discovery, Recommendation & Personalization, Social & Price Optimization

- Work experience of 5 years+ would be ideal but definitely not a constraint. Person should have some verifiable references about work done on non-trivial projects/products in the past.
