Manager/Director/Sr Manager - Trust and Safety

The requirement is to build and implement the operations strategy to make Apna the most trusted jobs platform :

1. Improving safety of the Apna platform through operational, data and product levers.

2. Lead the operations team managing the Trust and Safety related escalations.

3. Proactively identifying players trying to misuse the Apna platform.

4. Own key metrics for the Trust and Safety team and continuously improve the systems and processes to meet the key goals.

5. Experience in building and managing Trust and Safety business function

6. Previous experience in Market Place fraud detection and resolution.

7. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends Data

8. Investigative skills

9. Proven track record of achieving results in a large cross-functional orgs.

10. MBA from Tier 1 B school preferred
