Apna plans to build a global enterprise by venturing into new markets such as the USA, South East Asia, and Middle East & Africa starting in 2022 This role requires a person to support initiatives within the "New business initiatives" charter at Apna by aligning with the charter's vision, understanding tactical requirements, and executing ideas. This is an individual contributor (IC) role with mentorship support and high growth opportunities. Requirements - - Owns the research and data analysis for moderately complex projects Business requirements. This means understanding the Business needs first and then owning the Data Analysts part of it. - Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures. Develop reports to make data more meaningful to business initiatives, analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings. - Develop data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights - Initiate and put together processes to collect data where missing - Design, develop, and deploy dashboards using Excel - Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to the business and operations support team. - Be able to work with different stakeholders - both to work on processes and to explain the results.
