APM/PM - Business Research & Analysis - Insurance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver Robust Market Intelligence products: Contribute significantly to a high quality stream of research output in the form of data and reports. These will focus on market insights across a broad range of Insurance topics. Use all the tools and knowledge at your disposal to produce analysis that goes beyond the obvious to offer valuable customer insight for our clients.

- Team Management: Manage and train team of Analysts for project deliverables.

- Develop industry expertise: Develop expertise within the area of Insurance sector. Pick and track trends in the sector.

- Master communication skills: Needs to consistently develop written and oral communication skills through ongoing research and other bespoke assignments. Hone writing skills to be precise and efficient, minimizing the length of research documents while maximizing the value to clients.

- Provide effective client support: Work with stakeholders to build client relationships and understand different client objectives and needs. Support our clients with timely and high-value analyst support. Provide content and knowledge support to the sales and marketing teams. Support our sales channel partners to add credibility to the sale.

CORE SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of the business and consumer industry issues within your chosen research area.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business research and analysis

- Well-honed research skills and the ability to uncover unique insights.

- Broad and well developed analytical skills.

- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.

- Organizational skills including team and time management, project planning and tracking.

- Good communication skills.
