Manager - HR Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Ensure adequate Manpower as per AOP for both Staff and Workers at all times across Units for smooth operations. 2. Manage complete employee life cycle & oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports, workers compensation claims. 3. Work closely with the corporate HR Team for implementing various HR Initiatives or smooth operations. 4. Implement various Employee Engagement Initiatives for both staff and blue collar employees. 5. Handle worker issues and grievance procedures related to Payroll, Attendance, or any other on regular basis. 6. Payroll Processing (With Coordination of Time office)- To maintain and process various Payroll Inputs - Attendance Input calculation, OT Calculations, Flexi reimbursement and invoice processing of Staff as well as Workers. 7. Overall Attendance Management in plant for Payroll Processing. 8. Statutory Compliance & Liaising- Statutory Compliance Factories Act / Labor Acts / Welfare, Monitoring adherence to Statutory Regulations & Compliance with various Governmental Agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues & Legal matters and liaising with govt. 9. To manage authorities like Inspector of Factories, Labour Department, Apprenticeship & Police Department etc. across overall sections. 10. Advise management on contract negotiations - Union Relations 11. HR related MIS & Reports On-boarding, Attrition, Manpower Productivity, Manpower Cost etc. 12. Managing Induction Plan for New joiners. 13. PMS- Goal Setting, reviewing and driving Performance management system with in line coordination with Corporate HR team for staff level. 14. Project Activities- Responsible for working on and initiating various projects like cost saving across all plant sections, for increasing efficiency and productivity with coordination with Plant Head. Lead Training & Development initiative across plant . Desired Candidate Profile : 1. Experience of 8-10 Years in Plant HR Operations 2. Post-Graduate with specialization in HR or MSW (Master of Social Works) 3. Good Interpersonal & communication Skills 4. Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) & Data Accuracy. 5. Assertive and well disciplined 6.
