In line with the vision of the Honrable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, the APCRDA has been working towards anchoring key investments across the various theme cities of the Amaravati including Health, Knowledge, Tourism, Sports among others. The Investments Leading the Projects wing of APCRDA would be leading the effort in grounding marquee investments in Amaravati.The Project Manager would supervise the Project Managers and teams of the three verticals and lead collaboration with various stakeholders including the investors and the consultants engaged by APCRDA.  Key Responsibilities :  Project Appraisal and Structuring :   - Develop the strategy and plan for implementation of the overall strategy across the three verticals  - Identify new projects to be undertaken under each economic development theme   - Undertake new project appraisals covering financial analysis & viability of the DPRs submitted by investors.  - Structuring of new projects including PPPs  Investor Engagement and Bid Advisory :   - Undertake to benchmark studies to incorporate best practices for real estate investments  - Liaising with prospective investors to determine market appetite and enhance interest in the - Amaravati Brand-   - Engage with the transaction advisors to finalize terms of the bid  - Lead the negotiations for final terms of allotments/ investment   Documentation and Reporting :   - Drive decisions through appropriate project reporting strategy  - Monitor progress of projects within the respective vertical and flag off deviations  - Create reviewing systems for the team to monitor the progress of projects within the vertical  Grounding :   - Lead coordination with other departments (Engg./legal etc.) for smooth grounding of projects  - Provide guidance to the team of Project Managers for each project to reduce the turnaround time of grounding of projects.   Work experience:   - 6 to 8 years of work experience in project appraisals for Infrastructure and/or PPP projects, bid advisory, documentation & stakeholder management.  - PPP Project management/Real estate or infrastructure consulting experience would be preferred  - Experience working in the Infrastructure development. Real estate, MNCs, SPVs, urban development, and Government would be preferred  - Good spoken and written communication skills  - High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance  - Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making with a history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.  Education  - Bachelor's degree at a well-regarded institution in engineering and MBA from a premier school is preferable.  Competencies required  Tools: MS Office  Financial Analysis: Ability to prepare financial models is preferred  People skills: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.  Date and location of joining:  Immediate joining, Vijayawada
