Senior Manager - Analyst Relations - Plan and execute targeted global analyst relations (AR) program. - Develop & maintain relationship with analysts and market influencers. - Manage all communications & transactions with target analysts as per AR plan. - Develop and maintain collaborative relationship with internal stakeholders. - Provide executive summary based on insights gained from analysts and their research or assessments. - Program manage (start-to-end) response to RFIs (analyst research & assessments) from Tier 1 & Tier 2 analyst firms. - Maintain knowledge database of: 1. Assessments / Participations 2. Refences 3. Case Studies 4. Cybage mentions 5. Recent wins 6. End-of-relationship 7.Conflicts "if any". - Track research reports & social posts of target analyst community, summarize and provide recommendations for engagements. - Ensure analyst participation in Cybage events. - Track and report analyst interactions and coverage. - Timely publish Analyst newsletter. To be the right fit, you'll need : - Overall 8+ years of experience with 3+ years of analyst relations experience, preferably from IT industry - Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Good hands on MS office - Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook - Strong analytical & organizational skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent deadlines
