1) Procurement of Wooden/M.S Drums and allied items in cost effective manner.   2) Effective Vendor Development for procurement of Drums, Plastic Sheets, Plastic Bags, MS Nails, MS Strips, Synthetic Adhesives and other packing items.   3) Proper Monitoring of Drums Purchase in vigilant manner and make sure availability of Drums and other packing material as per Production Plan.   4) Prepare and maintain various documentation and MIS as per Requirement.   5) Organising Market Surveys through proper rapport building and networking for Drums and other items procurement in cost effective manner.   6) Optimizing the Drum design/Packing Material to reduce cost.   7) Development of Alternative and cost effective design of Drums and Packing Materials.   Knowledge :  Knowledge and experience of Procurement of Wooden and M.S Drums in cost effective manner and Other allied Packaging Items Procurement.   Networking Skills, Vendor Development Skiis, IT Skills.   Analytical thinking, Drive for results & Networking Skills.   Qualification : Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging Technology/Material Management.with Graduate Degree in Engineering.   Preferred Industry : Cables
