1. Strengthening and Maintaining Existing Domestic customer. Participating in all Tenders/enquiries from Existing Customers.  2. Developing new domestic customers by exploring the opportunities, tenders & enquiries.  3. Identifying & Evaluating Business Expansion, preparing Tenders.  4. Attending Techno-commercial meetings,Review meetings, Vendor Development  5. Liasioning with Electricity utilities and especially PGCIL & Private /Turnkey customers  6. Preparing Bid documents, inviting bids,Techno-commercial Evaluating of Bids,Negotiation & ordering   7. Handling preparation of MIS Reports and logical Reasoning of Failures of Tenders Submission.  8. Should be having a good negotiation skills.   Knowledge :  This includes studying & discussions with seniors on all the tenders and contracts before finalizing with customers, indepth knowledge of legal documents and understanding it for exact business purpose.  Electricity board -Indian rules & regulations, business development, having key skills in contracting practices, negotiation skills .  Drive for results, self management, pro active approach, decisive, Strategic thinker   Qualification : Graduate in Electrical Engineering .
