Developing relationships with clients. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Will be responsible for the business targets.  - Supporting and guiding the sale team in reaching the targets.   - Ensure timely realization of payments as per company policies, and other commercial dues.  Competencies Required :  - Meeting Sales Goals, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing.  - Good analytical skills, Negotiation skills, Leadership skills, vendor management, networking  - Positive attitude, Go getter.  Candidates with minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Power Cables will be preferred .
