Job description :

- 6-12 Yrs experience candidates from Cable industry preferred, should have relevant experience in the cable industry LT manufacturing process especially in the Power Cable segment with good knowledge in instrumentation cable, control cable, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving the LT power cable production target.

- Inter dept/ Intra dept coordination

- RM Planning, Manpower Planning, Back Feed planning.

- Oversee machine operation to maximum utilization of capacity.

- Reduce Scrap, 5"S" and Safety Initiatives.

- Impart training to the operators.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good Knowledge of LT Production Process

- Well verse with of Extrusion Machine, die setting

- Knowledge of Material requirement

- Knowledge of Instrumentation cable, Control cable & Power cable
