APAC Financial Services - AVP - Human Resources

We are an NBFC into the MSME lending business. We are a relatively young company and started in 2018 with capital from our Founder Gunit Chadha and Multiples PE . We have grown rapidly and are into 5 States withe over 500 employees and increasing daily. Our HO is in Mumbai and the position will be based there.

Position reports into the Chief People Officer

Person will handle a generalist HR profile largly tilted towards Corporate HR as follows

- building the Training framework for the organisation mostly focussed on e Training through LMS being directly responsible for tracking and improving sales productivity.

- handling the entire data , analytics and MIS for the HR function which feeds into and is a critical part of the company MIS.

- Designing other HR initiatives to attract and retain the right talent, including compensation bench marking and frameworks, like fixed, variable and long term compensation like Stock option plans

- Overseeing the Legal and Statutory requirements of the HR function for APAC

- Involvement in actual recruitment will be limited but some exposure will enhance the candidature
