- The primary responsibility will be to create and monitor a portfolio of socially relevant, scalable, and high impact programmes. - These programmes should seek to leverage Tanishka network and provide an ideal means for corporates, governments and foundations to support with their CSR funds. - Manage the programmes in terms of administration, finances, program delivery, and assessment. - Assess the effectiveness of the programmes by collecting, analyzing and reporting the operational and evaluation data. - Exceptional focus on timely reporting of updates and impact to donors as well as internal stakeholders. Managing and nurturing the portfolio of corporate, HNIs and foundations. - Work at a strategic and operational level to increase the active members in Tanishka network. - Support fund raising in writing proposals for funding by corporate and foundations. Salary Offered : 7-8 LPA
