Job Profile:

The individual will be responsible for all direct and partner executed programmes encompassing the skilling and livelihoods domains.

The primary responsibility will be to create and monitor a portfolio of socially relevant, scalable, powerful and very high impact programmes, based on donor requirements, to skill people and ensure financial inclusion by way of providing appropriate livelihoods. These programmes should seek to leverage Sakal Community networks and provide an ideal means for corporates, governments and foundations to support with their CSR funds.

Education and Experience: MSW from IRMA/TISS preferred with 8-15 years of relevant experience.

The individual must have the following:

- Experience in establishing, scaling up, monitoring & evaluation, defining and measuring impact and communicating the same to the relevant constituency.

- Experience of having led skilling interventions in India, experience in the same abroad will be a very positive advantage.

- Partnerships and alliances with NGOs and appropriate entities, to enable efficient programme delivery for projects undertaken.

- Creation of programmes/interventions to leverage and engage Sakal community networks.

- In depth knowledge of NRLM and other relevant Government of India protocols. Connects with State Livelihoods Societies will be an advantage. Strong connect with NSDC and understanding of NSDC protocols.

- Innovativeness and creativity in co-creation of interventions & programmes with the support of governments, corporates and various AP Globale verticals

- Support fund raising in writing proposals for funding by corporates and foundations. Understanding of CSR requirements of corporates, national & global foundation.

- Exceptional focus on timely reporting of updates and impact to donors as well as internal stakeholders. Managing and nurturing the portfolio of corporates, HNIs and foundations.

- Advocacy, with communities and governments

- Support the Digital Marketing/Fund Raising teams with case studies and powerful content to show case to the world
