Roles & Responsibilities :

- Formulating competent business strategies to market a wide range of Mutual Fund Products and ensuring the attainment of set sales and profit targets.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Running the promotional activities & accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.

- Identifying prospective business, establishing strategic partnership and alliances, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.

- Exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele; responsible for mobilization of funds.

- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. To ensure regular and healthy addition to IFA recruitment and training every month as per set targets.

- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.

- Implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishment of targets

- Mapping client's requirements and providing them expert advisory services pertaining to selection of various financial products.

- Building and strengthening relationships with key accounts; ensuring high customer satisfaction by providing them with complete product support

- Driving the Sales team and managing and hand holding Top Mutual Fund Agents

Experience and Qualification :

- Thorough knowledge of Mutual Funds and Concepts of Asset Allocation in Portfolio planning.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in selling / managing team for Mutual Funds and managing the documentation, compliance, reconciliation and brokerage calculation for Mutual Fund Operations.

- Experience of working with MF-AMC will be given a preference.

- NISM - MF Distributor V-A exam cleared and IRDA qualified Insurance candidates will be preferred
