Business - Human Capital Consulting Solution Line - Talent and Rewards Advisory Role Type - Core Client Facing Work Mode - In Office Role: This is a core client facing role where in you will be positioned to lead an industry sub sector in terms of managing key clients, driving revenue & delivering projects in our sales effectiveness solution while working in a high-visibility, high-volume and fast-paced environment within the human capital consulting business of Aon India. - Develop Aon's end to end Sales effectiveness Solution to help organizations align their structure, talent management and compensation strategies to deliver better performance. This would include review of sales operating models and strategy , sales organization design, Sales competency , assessment, coaching and engagement to hire ,develop and retain the right talent , productivity improvement, sales compensation and driving diversity and inclusion in sales teams. - Drive thought leadership and research in this area - Lead business development efforts to identify opportunities, lead solution and proposal development and client conversations - Lead and manage critical projects and clients - Develop and manage a team In addition to this you will help us build cutting edge talent analytics algorithms that haven't been built so far and build POV's on key market and talent trends for Aon's clients. Qualification & Experience: - Full Time master's degree from premium B school - Exposure to Human Capital Consulting, Compensation/Rewards/Org Design projects with Management Consulting, consumer, manufacturing, life sciences industry preferred - Strong HRBP's/SalesHR's with exposure in sales compensation design, sales strategy design, salesforce effectiveness COE projects/initiatives will be preferred. - Excellent Communication and client presentation skills - Should be able to think through problems. - Conceptual clarity of solution. - Excellent analytical ability. Exposure to Statistics/Linear Regression, Predictive Modelling, data analytics and Advanced excel is must.
