Responsibility Areas:
Process Management:
- Assumes overall project management and ownership for the RFIs/RFP response process.
- Write, revise, proofread and transmit proposals in response to RFIs/RFPs.
- Ensures consistency of responses to RFIs/RFPs where necessary.
- Develop all related collaterals in articulating Aon Hewitt’s value proposition and experience in the said domain.
- Performs due diligence to scope work and provide input to strategic questions required for defining the opportunity.
- Maintains a comprehensive library of information regarding our services by interviewing Aon Hewitt subject matter experts (internal teams). Provides support for pricing and costing work.
- Develop scope and technical solution in conjunction with Operations & Technology.
- Contracting facilitation and protection of Hewitt’s interests.
- Continuously builds his/her own existing domain expertise and practical knowledge of our HR Outsourcing services.
Market Intelligence:
- Collects and communicates market intelligence on the following (in some points should cannot be the lead, instead support BD and Marketing Lead)
- Evolution of products/services basis market trends and incorporates it into sales client planning process and shares it with the Regional Sales Leaders, Business Development Managers and Delivery teams.
- Support BD teams in collating Competitor landscape, financial results & service evaluation
- Outsourcing Markets trends
- Major regional contract renewals
- Support Sales Leaders in gathering and sharing key Mergers and Acquisitions information regarding companies and competitors
- Support Sales Leaders and Business Development Managers in tracking Key CXO movements
- Entry of Marquee MNCs into the market
- Point solution providers
Posting Qualifications:
Knowledge & Experience:
- 8+ years, minimum, demonstrated success/track record and domain knowledge in Technical writing.
- Preferred experience of working in a pre-sales organization in an MNC IT or Consulting Organization of repute
- Should have had prior client-facing experience
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to determine appropriate and qualified business opportunities for the organization. Exceptional project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Strong desire to work with detailed information.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for ongoing internal/external client interaction.
- Familiarity with electronic communication channels and database usage.
- Proficiency in MS Tool sets such Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Prezi skills, Visio, Project and other tools such as Share Point and Sales Force.
- Savvy to internet based research and analytics.

- Requires the ability to interact with others in multiple locations in APAC. This may require flexible hours.
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet business needs.
- Frequent computer use at a workstation for extended periods of time.
