Education: Masters from any premium B school Work Experience: Overall 5-6 years experience in Talent Management COE, HR Capability Building , Talent Development and Competency Framework Design projects OR HR Consulting experience is also preferred Project Delivery & Client Management : - Play a leading role in evolving the maturity of AHLC courses. - Work closely with clients, practice leaders and other resources to conduct training needs analysis - Develop "playbooks" which document processes and best practices on content development - Embed interesting learning boosters / pre-work for AHLC participants: webinar series, job aids, white papers - Create a sustained learning impact / post-work for AHLC participants: social activities, DIY toolkits, guest lectures - Design, outline and storyboard instructor led (classroom and webinar) and self-paced (eLearning) training solutions - Create engaging, behaviorally-based, performance management exercises to enhance target audience's skills. - Develop supplemental/supportive training materials (PPTs, Video clips, animations, job aids, etc.). Lead facilitator capability building on a variety of HR areas: - Lead facilitator accreditation initiatives for both internal consultant and empaneled colleagues - Ensure facilitator on-boarding to ensure superior client feedback Plan and independently manage training development projects: - Manage point-to-point client engagement by working with the training operations team - Support large client projects by leading content development aspects in the project - Guide project teams to contextualize content based on the business needs Play additional governance / people management roles for: - Sales effort for in-house client projects - Process improvement of learning operations and participant lifecycle management Actively contribute to ensure: - Efficient and timely delivery to enable project profitability. - Client satisfaction with the process and outcome. - High quality output. - Regular updates/communication with client.
