Associate Consultant - Talent & Assessments

Location : Mumbai

Role Description :

- The incumbent will be accountable the delivering of high quality and effective solution for our clients in the area of Talent Management & Assessments. Ensure the output for a portfolio of high quality remuneration surveys within given time-frames.

Role Responsibilities :

Client Management: Supporting project delivery by engaging with multiple client stakeholders, managing key client relationships, and regular discussions with clients on deliverables.

Assessment Development: Developing work simulation, situational judgment, personality, biodata, cognitive, and computer adaptive assessments.

Assessment Validation: Designing, implementing, and analysing the results of construct, criterion-related, content, and synthetic validity studies.

Data Analysis: Performing complex data analyses using correlational and regression models and item response theory techniques.

Research: Conducting literature reviews and developing White Papers on cutting-edge assessment practices and research findings, to include computer adaptive testing.

Skills and Experience :

a.) 0 -2 years of relevant experience in the human resources field specializing in the areas of Talent Management & Development, Leadership & Assessments, Psychometric Assessment Design, Competency Framework, Succession Planning, Assessments and Development Center Design.

b.) Prior consulting experience will be an added advantage.

d.) Good command of English.

e.) Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills

f.) Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplined, team environment, as well as independently maintaining a flexible and collaborative working style.

g.) Act with integrity, and always positively impact our clients, colleagues and communities
