Experience and Qualification - Full time Masters from Tier 1, tier 2 B School with 1-2 years of experience in HR COE projects, Talent Management COE, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Performance Management and Rewards. - Experience in designing initiatives/frameworks from scratch is preferred The purpose of this role is to strategize and execute the content mandate; as well as lead the in-client capability projects for Aon HR Learning Center. Manage client large projects; govern learning operations and facilitators for a seamless learner experience. - Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients, practice leaders and other resources to conduct training needs analysis to define terminal performances. Lead in-client capability projects for Aon HR earning Center. Develop "playbooks" which document processes and best practices on content development. Create engaging, behaviorally based, performance management exercises to enhance target audience's skills. - Lead facilitator capability building on a variety of HR areas. - Lead facilitator accreditation initiatives for both internal consultant and empaneled colleagues - Ensure facilitator on-boarding to ensure superior client feedback - Contribute as a lead facilitator for groups of HRBPs, L&D, Rewards or other COE tracks in HR Desired Skills - Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills. - Should have strong persuasion skills. - Experience in content writing will be an advantage. - Strong project and client management skills
