- He/She will manage all operations related to IT infrastructure and service delivery - He/She will manage demand from users on IT services and supervise the delivery and installation. - As a strong technician, He/She will provide technical leadership, create and manage infrastructure plan and standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap of the organization - He/She will manage change initiatives properly and in a systematically manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change - He/She will organize, supervise, and develop Helpdesk and Infrastructure team. - He/She will escalate to Deputy General Manager IT any new request that is not part of standard Service/Infrastructure portfolio. - He/She will communicate to Deputy General Manager IT with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays, - He/She will mutualize resources, reduce TCO, centralize services, study opportunity for cloud infrastructure like AWS, AZURE etc. - As a decision-maker, He/She will evaluate what technologies will be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project, assemble project team, assign resource allocation, evaluate vendor, recommend to buy the IT systems using approved IT budget , etc. - He/She will create and maintain standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibility. May participate in computer audits and perform testing for disaster recovery process, ensuring a secure processing environment that protects the integrity and availability of information. Educational background - Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 10 years experience in IT with various roles - Minimum 3 years in supervising IT infrastructure or same role in a multi location Enterprise. Exposure to Datacentre is preferred. - He/She should have excellent IT technical skills on server, storage, network, security, cloud services, server virtualization and business continuity and disaster recovery - He/She Should have knowledge in IT standards like ISO 27001 , ITSM, ITAM Strong technical knowledge on: IT Infrastructure architecture and capability planning Server: AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access, virtualized. OS : Windows Server 2019 and earlier, RedHat Linux, Cent OS Database : MS SQL Server, MY SQL, Mongo DB Storage: DAS, NAS, SAN Network: LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN Security: firewall (FortiGate / SOPHOS), antivirus, IPS/IDS Servers (Dell/HP). Cloud services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) Server virtualization (VMware platform). Business continuity and disaster recovery.
