- S/he will be responsible for managing accounts receivables activities from invoicing to collections to dispute management including reporting. Work closely with sales team and all the internal support team to deliver the accurate invoices to customers and collect on them. - Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period and Current/Preferred Location. - Experience in collections, managing receivables, Revenue, statutory filings, and return. Key Responsibilities: - Invoicing and collections reconciliations, payments identifications and clearing up suspense account. Monitor regular bank reconciliation. - Improve realisation of revenues, and collections/ receivables. Monitor Debtors ageing. - Responsible for smooth flow of process relating to collection of overdue payments. - Interact and update the outcome of the calls or analysis in a clear documentation. - Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue insurer to avoid possible contingencies in the recovery. - Take actions to encourage debt payments, resolve billing and other issues if any. - Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations, recon, and trackers. - Monitor regulatory violations. - Monitor internal controls. Monitor all Branch P&amp;L. - Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the account receivable department. - Project cash flows activity from time to time to stakeholders. - Monitoring achievement of yearly cash flow target as per Business plan. - Actively participate in Business unit Monthly reviews - Support the CFO is all aspects of the work to achieve corporate finance objectives. - Coordination with other departments and Work closely with internal finance team on adhoc requirements. - Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency with write off procedures. - Presents ideas, expectation, and information in a concise, well organized way. - Assist in statutory compliances and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate and implement accounting work and projects assigned. The ideal candidate should have: - Work Experience: 7-10 years in F&amp;A; preferably from Insurance Industry or regulated financial service organizations, or at a minimum having a service industry experience. - CA / ICWA / MBA or equivalent professional qualification - The candidate is expected to utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, applicable laws and regulations. - Individual contributor and thinker, pro-active, enthusiastic, team player. - Ability to interact with stakeholders (internal and external) is essential. - Knowledge of Tally is a must, MS Office application - Manages time well and possesses strong organizational skills.
