Job description : Project Manager - Civil

Qualification:

- B. Tech / M. Tech in Civil Engineering from reputed colleges.

- Any certifications in Project Management / Construction Management is an added advantage.

Experience:

- 15 - 18 Years of working in large Real Estate Construction & Engineering Firms with at least 12 years minimum in Residential High-Rise projects.

- Must have served as Project Manager for considerable service years with mandatory experience in end-to-end execution of 20-floor projects.

- Exposure to sound technical understanding of best and latest engineering practices, project management tools along with managing large teams and multiple projects simultaneously is a must for success in the role

Skillset:

- Sound grasp of architecture, planning, structural engineering, finishing, and other areas

- Understanding of budgets, variances, profit and loss, monitoring and reporting techniques

- Proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint ) and working experience in software viz.

- MS Project and ERP Extremely strong people management skills to monitor and mentor technical team
