Role- US Growth Manager

Location : Bangalore/remote

What will you do?

We are looking for a US Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through marketing qualified leads (MQL) activities and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive growth. Leveraging analytics, marketing initiatives, and sales lead generation tools, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and establishing a strong presence in the US market.

- Develop and execute & Iterate strategies to drive growth and expand our client base in the US market.

- Conduct research to understand Consumer Behaviour and buying pattern.

- Tests and optimize various user activation, marketing or product strategies to grow AntWalk in US/Canada Region.

- Identify new growth opportunities for the company

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and convert them into sales opportunities

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

- Lead US-specific marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to support business development efforts.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

- Provide regular reports and updates on US market performance and growth initiatives to senior management.

What experience and skills do you need?

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 8-10 years of proven track record in growth or marketing roles , preferably within the United States L&D or training industry.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI and SaaS sectors, with a focus on identifying opportunities for capability building.

- The ability to communicate and engage with global clients (High Growth Startup experience would be great

- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and lead generation strategies, with a track record of driving growth.

- Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM software, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.

- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem.
