What will you do :

1. Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams at enterprises to assess gaps in skill and build customized programs as per their need.

2. Research and create academic courses and content for AntWak Experiential Program

3. Work with Antwak experts to define course outline and draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQ, case studies, etc.

4. Edit, proofread and improve the content

5. Be present in the class, interact with learners, encourage and measure class participation.

6. Assist students in course-related queries and doubts clarification

7. Evaluate student performance through interviews, quizzes, and live projects

8. Engage with learners on different community forums, gather and resolve their queries.

9. Drive the overall NPS of the class.

What skills do you need :

1. MBA from Tier 1,2 institutes

2. Proven 4+ years of experience as a consultant (Strategy consultants, operation consultants, IT consultants preferred)

3. Experience in project management

4. Ability to develop detailed proposals and plans

5. Strong interpersonal writing and editing skills

6. Strong leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills
