The Social Media & Web Analyst role will be part of Antuit's Solutions Team based out of India and will work closely work with partners, principals, consultants and data engineers to build different scales of analytical solutions involving variety of online, digital data sources and technology for CPG and retail clients

Responsibilities :

- Development and delivery of social media solutions and insights using social landscape and latest social and digital tools available online to measure activity, value, penetration, impact of the brand and its customers and of their digital/social programs across all social networks.

- Analysing and interpretation of data from facebook, twitter, Youtube, Google Analytics, other social platforms

- Work with ambiguous problem definitions, recognize dependencies and deliver impactful solutions through logical problem solving and technical ideations

- Use new analytical methods and technologies and apply in practical business problems and drive innovative programs

- Consult as a subject matter expert on complex client projects

- Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills, ability to train junior team members on new capabilities and excellent verbal and written communications skills

Desired skills and experience :

- Bachelors (7+ years of relevant exp), Masters (5+ years of relevant exp), Ph.D. (3+ years of relevant experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, preferred

- Knowledge of Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google etc.) and their APIs, data structures etc., proficiency with listening tools like Radian 6, sprinklr, Sysomos etc

- Exposure to web analytics tools like Google analytics, Omniture, Click Tracks, Web Trends, core metrics i.e. tools for Clickstream / Weblog Data.

- Good programming skills and open source knowledge preferred (e.g. R, Python, Pig, hive, Mahout, Java, Ruby, Perl, etc.)

- Experience in the following areas: modeling and programming, algorithms, visualizations, machine learning, etc.

- Prior experience in areas of personalization, search engine optimization, etc. preferred

- Process, measurement and optimization of social marketing campaigns

- Reporting, dash-boarding, modelling and analytics experience

The key aspect would be :

- Understanding of internet technologies e.g. API calls, Integration across platforms, Google Analytics, Adwords, awareness of restrictions placed by variety of social platforms

- Digital campaign measurement; URL click-through rates, campaign link tracking techniques

- SEO techniques and impact measurement; accompanied by ability to understand customer needs and draw relevant insights

Nice to haves :

- Programming languages : python, php, javascript, ruby

- Data Visualization
