Job description

- The Job Holder shall document legal transactions for Antuit primarily In India, The United States, Japan, Australia & NZ, Singapore, Europe and provide overall transnational support (review, drafting, negotiation and interpretation of T&Cs and other contractual documents) to assigned projects for sales, sourcing, alliance agreements as well as Antuit- employment contracts if needed.

- Revise / edit Antuit contracts to ensure compliance with master agreement terms, company policy, customer requirements.

- Timely preparation and dissemination of information regarding contract status, modifications, deviations.

- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures applicable to contracting and contract management.

- The candidate needs to have a good commercial attitude as Antuit needs to meet our client's local and regional requirements in an effective and efficient manner.

Qualifications

- Law Graduate with approximately 2-6 years of relevant experience.

- Must have working knowledge of commercial law and experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

- Experience in the big data & analytics sector will be desirable.

- Excellent English language drafting and speaking skills.

- Ability to respond to requests at short notice, pressure handling and willing to stretch.

- Willingness to adjust work day to fit United States, Australia & NZ time zones.

Salary Range: 4-12 LPA
