Overview :  Client facing role with expertise in campaign management  Specific Skill Set :  Expertise in planning, executing & evaluating a complete campaign management program :  - Good end-to-end knowledge of data-driven/direct marketing, data-driven sales channels and how these drive value and ROI  - Understanding of marketing and sales planning processes and the application of insight in driving expectations on campaign performance  - Hands on experience in using various campaign management tools such as Unica, SAS etc.  - Understand weblog data and experience using tools such as Omniture etc.  - Understanding and interpreting statistical model outputs. Hands-on experience of building statistical models  such as SAS / SPSS / R etc. will be a plus  - Experience in generating post campaign reviews on BI tools such as Spotfire / Tableau etc.  - Experience in developing life time value segments will be a plus  - Exposure to social campaigns and social campaign tools will be a plus  - Customer focused and aptitude to build client relationships, create an engagement cadence and define communication channels  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills and proven analytical and quantitative skills, highly metrics-driven  Job Responsibilities:  - Acts as a point-of-contact between client team and offshore delivery team in understanding and translating requirements clearly at each stage of the project  - Understand data to validate assumptions/hypotheses and develop business cases, provide standards / best practices and analysis objectives and develop analytical roadmap  - Deliver clear, concise and actionable analysis, and present the insights to stakeholders at multiple levels  - Successfully deliver incubation projects and influence client to sign up for long term engagements  - Ensure consumption and propagation of analytics by measuring and communicating the ROI / business impact of the projects  - Translate complex business problems into analytical modules, work closely with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery and inspire the team to provide innovative solutions and quality client deliverables  - Generate collaterals (proposal, case studies, learning documents) from previous projects for further use and business development  Qualification & Experience:  - 5-7 years of relevant experience with M Tech / M Sc. (Stat) / MBA
