Job Responsibilities :
Experience:
- Candidates with 4+ years of relevant HR experience. Recruitment experience will be add-on.
- Smart, energetic, passionate, innovative hands-on individuals.
- Strong communication & peoples skills an ability to relate to and associate with people across the organization.
- Strong academic background and a pleasing personality are essential.
- Highly Proficient in MS-Office Excel, Power Point & Word
Principally, this HR role is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations - managing the administration of the policies, procedures and programmes of the organization. :
