Antuit - Supply chain Associate  Open position (in numbers) : 1  Project Specific recruitment (Yes / No) : Yes   Location : (Bangalore / Singapore / USA) - Bangalore is the base location but need to travel to Singapore as and when Project demands.   Overview of the position Optimization modelling and development in the area of workforce planning and scheduling   Experience (Years) :  - 3-5 years of experience in optimization modelling and development, preferably in workforce planning and scheduling.  - Prior experience/exposure to any workforce scheduling/optimization tool will be advantageous.   Specific Industry (if any) : Experience in workforce planning and scheduling for Retail/FMCG sectors preferred   Qualification : Masters Degree in Operations Research/Engineering  Specific Skill Set : 3-5 years of experience in optimization   Job Responsibilities :   - Assist in the business and technical requirements modelling and development. Optimization modelling for workforce planning and scheduling is preferred.  - Strong communicator in English (written + verbal)  - Advanced data analysis skills including MS Access, Excel, preferably SQL knowledge.   Scoping :   - Define data requirements, gather and validate information  - Assist in the system and solution design  - Perform the modelling and development of solution  - Design and develop test scenarios for testing and validation of solution   - Develop user training collateral   - Coordinate and lead user training sessions   Client Facing ( Yes / No ) : Yes   Reporting to : Principal Consultant   Interview Process : (Written Test / personal Interview) -Interview + Test on Operations Research Concepts
