Role & responsibilities:

A) Brand architecture management and adherence across the organization.

B) Brand content creation and marketing collateral for defined products and services.

C) Product packaging creation and management aligned to statutory and legal requirements and brand guidelines.

D) Develop and deploy branding elements for defined service lines.

Marketing programs to drive brand image and enhance product and service offer.

E) Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

F) Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing function.

G) Agree on team goals, monitor, and report periodically on achievements.

H) Design branding, positioning, and pricing policies aligned to the business strategies.

I) Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).

J) Initiate periodic market research (both desktop and via agencies)

K) To assess and fix market size for various segments for the defined products and services.

L) To analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas which will feed into periodic strategy review and necessary course corrections.

M) Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share in such segments.

N) Monitor and provide quarterly reports on competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

O) Develop and manage all external corporate communication aligned to business needs in collaboration with the business leadership team and other internal stakeholders.

P) Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical service/support teams on all marketing initiatives to ensure a consistent brand image.

Q) Coordinate with various functions to prepare for and drive the annual business review process.

R) Coordinate with the business leadership team to prepare and drive the periodic strategic review process covering all product and service lines

Preferred candidate profile:

A) A strong foundation in brand and product marketing.

B) Demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing.

C) A go-getter and a strong team player.

D) The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, sharp communication skills, and presentation skills.

E) Ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations.

F) Outstanding communication skills to provide direction and feedback for creative and analytical components of the Marketing department.

G) Strong understanding of MS Office 365, and experience in analytics and data mining (from free sources and through market connect).

Education & Experience:

A) MBA or PGDM in Marketing from any premier Institute.

B) 15 - 20 years experience in brand and product management and marketing (Influencer driven product portfolios, Building and Construction materials, Consumer Durables) of which at least 3-5 years should have been in leading a team of 4-5 members is essential.

C) Experience in marketing of services will be a plus point but not essential. An excellent team player and good leadership skills
