Job Description :

Education/ Skills required :

- Graduate and above (MBA preferred)

- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills

- To have excellent knowledge and experience of handling Recruitment via various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, Social Media, references etc.

- To be quick in handling tasks assigned, timely communication and implementation

- To have excellent knowledge of computer and MS office functions

Responsibilities :

- The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete Recruitment process for the company (approx. 60% of the job role)

- Responsible for maintaining the job posts on the Anton Paar website

- Responsible for maintaining the internal database of applications of Anton Paar India

- Timely communication with the candidates and the stakeholders

- Experience in Employee Engagement

- Assists with various other HR responsibilities like Induction, Trainings, etc.
