About Anthill :

Anthill Ventures is a comprehensive Speed Scaling Ecosystem that helps early growth stage ventures. We source start-ups, curate deals, invest in high Scalability Quotient start-ups, support them through rapid speed scaling, and syndicate additional funding. For the last 3 years, Anthill has helped a number of our portfolio companies in this journey. In doing so, we have developed a valuable Speed Scaling Ecosystem of investors, corporate, mentors, experts, partners and start-ups. Anthill Factory, our speed scaling arm of the business has set up multiple accelerator-type Market Access programs and Corporate Innovation programs in different industries, such as Lumos, Anthill Studio, YES Fintech, etc. We use these programs to source & invest in innovative start-ups, and provide them with business scaling opportunities, access to smart capital, infrastructural support, industry connections and expertise. Startups in each cohort benefit from these interventions, designed to help them gain rapid market access and access to real customers over a span of a 6-12 month program.

Profile Summary :

We are looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.

Responsibilities :

- Overall management and coordination of the accelerator or other innovation program and all key interventions that are part of the program.

- Business development and strategic partnership building with key partners in the eco-system

- Work with Marketing and Social Media folks to drive awareness

- Coordinate events within the accelerator program and sponsorship

- Post program reporting and analysis

- Experience in working in health & life sciences industry and exposure to technology would be a plus.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Managing teams at operational level.

- Hands on Experience in Finding and Sourcing the Startups.

- Able to work independently and execution focused to get things done

- Team player and strong coordinating skills

- Creativity in getting things done

- Organized and detail oriented and also able to think about the big picture

- Understanding of technology startups or past experience in running or being in one is a plus

- Past experience in running incubator and acceleration Programs is a big plus, if not a must.

Job Location - Bangalore.

Salary offered - 7-8 LPA
