Designation - Sr. Manager/ AGM - Growth Initiatives

JOB PURPOSE - Why does this role exist in the organization?

- To work on a variety of strategic business functions at the organization level ranging from growth initiatives, business reporting, business plan development for new initiatives, market intelligence, competitive due diligence, land evaluation and special initiatives.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Building growth pipeline: Creating a robust base of pipelines across geography in line with Antara vision & strategy 2.0 -to ensure the growth of Residences for Seniors business vertical.

2. Working on the 5-year plan: To work on creating/working in line with the existing 5- year blueprint for the growth of the Residences vertical. To keep the 5-year plan reconciled with ongoing developments and report the impact of KPI's (IRR, Cost absorption, funding) to key stakeholders on a half-year basis.

3. Stakeholder Management: To manage relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders such as IPC's for scouting for opportunities, internal functions on key assumptions/communications. Also, with group companies on ongoing/new transactions.

The candidate should have an experience of independently representing company to external stakeholders. This will also require to have a excellent verbal and oral communication skills.

4. Business Plan Development: The candidate will be required to undertake business analysis and should be proficient in the preparation of investment-grade financial business models for the evaluation of various business ideas. This also requires the candidate to have a sound industry and business sense and the ability to undertake in-depth industry research to evaluate various business ideas in depth. The candidate will also be required to be able to prepare detailed notes/PowerPoint decks/excel presentation to present the data in high quality presentation. The candidate should have sound knowledge of model preparation and should have sound analytic expertise to plug in any logical gaps in the flow of numbers

5. Growth program tracking: The candidate will be expected to program manage the execution of new business plans through various stakeholders taking initiative and problem-solving various challenges which may arise. Also, to anchor/gatekeep the key events within timelines such as term sheet sign-off, legal clearances, alignment on key commercials, alignment on business plan assumptions from internal as well as external stakeholders.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Qualification:

1. Graduate/MBA from a reputed college with about 6-10 years of experience of working in growth & strategy, corporate finance, business transformation or program management cell undertaking similar works.

2. Experience in premier real estate organizations or real estate consultancy firm is highly preferred.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience

Functional Skills:

- Advanced excel modeling skills

- Advanced presentation and documentation skills

- Time management and multi-tasking abilities

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong analytical mind to plug logical gaps in a model

- High level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information accordingly is crucial in this role

- Excellent written and oral communication skills to handle external and internal meetings independently including negotiations.
