Antara Senior Living - Manager - Legal

1. Undertaking and monitoring project compliances including but not limited labour laws, environment, development etc

2. To handle legal matters relating to the acquisition and purchase of real estate and its development and marketing.

3. Drafting documents relating to the acquisition and purchase of real estate and its development and marketing.

4. Drafting, negotiating and vetting various commercial contract documents, legal due diligence etc.

5. Providing support to various departments on compliance and legal issues proactively including but not limited FEMA and other corporate laws. Keeping them informed of their legal responsibilities and compliances to be made.

6. Attending audits on compliances with Statutory authorities and handling internal legal audits

7. Advise the Company on various issues including statutes, government regulations and contractual obligations.

8. Liasioning with various statutory authorities for approvals.

9. Handling litigations at Statutory Authorities, District Courts and High Courts in such a way to protect company's interest.
