Role: As Head Product, you will have comprehensive ownership for all products/offerings across the Antara Assisted Care business which comprises of Antara Care Homes, Care at Home &amp; Medcare Products. All the business units are B2C (Retail) and are huge scale poised for exponential and scorching growth in the future. Key responsibilities: - Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap for all products - Own the end-to-end P&amp;L for each product / category - work in tandem with sales for revenues and Operations for execution - Manage the complete product lifecycle - from concept, to design, to business case, to pilot launches, to promotion and support for full launch - Work with the Technology team to help define and execute the digital asks from products - Continuously drive innovation and improvements across the product range - Identify and lead strategic partnerships and necessary contract negotiations - Lead market and competitive insights and their implication on various aspects of product &amp; business - Define and monitoring relevant KPIs and control measures for each product - Deliver - growth, profitability and customer experience across the product range Outcome ownership: - New Product launch / Revamp existing products - Go-To-Market execution in a VUCA business environment / opportunity. - Market / Consumer insights to develop and revamp existing portfolio to develop a business edge and establish market leadership - Seamless work integration with other functional departments like Technology, Marketing &amp; Operations - Build high-quality team Reporting: - Primary reporting - CEO Antara Assisted Care Services Desired Candidate Profile: 1.
