Role: As Head Technology, you will have comprehensive ownership for end to end technology department across the Antara Assisted Care business which comprises of Antara Care Homes, Care at Home &amp; Medcare Products. All the business units are B2C (Retail) and are huge scale poised for exponential and scorching growth in the future. Key responsibilities: Own all aspects of the technology and digital for the company, including: - Core systems - Identification and implementation of core functional systems e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS - Infra and security - Lead all infra and security requirements for the business - Operations and Productivity - Lead the design and delivery of the operating platform; Identify jointly with the business tools to improve frontline productivity - Employee and customer experience - Define the short-term and long-term tech-led experience for employees as well as customers (including all digital assets needed) - Technology as a product - Continuously scan the market to identify technology solutions which can be product-ised and launched under our umbrella - Lead the overall lifecycle through - (a) Thinking, (b) Planning, (c) Execution (vendor identification / delivery), (d) Maintenance and upgrades Outcome ownership: - Building technology infrastructure for AACS as an entity - Embedding technology and robust systems across functions and departments which address differentiated needs across the three business verticals - Define digital roadmap, strategy and execution - Build high-quality team Reporting: - Primary reporting - CEO Antara Assisted Care Services - Functional alignment - Head Technology - Antara Senior Living Desired Candidate Profile: 1.
